We are currently operating on an EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY. NO REFUNDS.

Reasoning for needing an exchange:

-  Wrong items received.

-  Faulty items.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange and return your items.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request an exchange, you can contact us at houseofjardine@outlook.com. Stating your reasoning for needing an exchange. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: 23 Oak Crescent LE3 3FL 

If your exchange is accepted, you will be responsible for the postage back to us and we will send the revised order back out to you free of charge. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your items, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
